Michael Viricel MS PT graduated from Husson College in Bangor, Maine in May 2001 with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. Michael has attended specialized conferences in the areas of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation focusing on conservative and post-surgical rehabilitation for the shoulder and knee and advanced rehabilitation of the foot and ankle. Michael has presented research in the field of physical therapy at the American Physical Therapy Association national conference in Boston.
His special interest areas include post-surgical rehab of the shoulder and knee, foot and ankle rehab, pediatric care, and return to sports training. Mike joined the Coastal Orthopedics team in 2002 and lauched our freeport clinic in 2009.
