Dan Doherty, MSPT
Dan Doherty MSPT, obtained his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 1998 with a thirteen month internship at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston. He has worked in a variety of settings including orthopedics, chronic pain management, onsite industrial rehabilitation, and has been published in several studies regarding functional recovery after strokes.
His current interests include management of the unstable shoulder, joint replacements as well as manual therapy interventions to assist with cervical, thoracic, and low back pain. Dan is Clinic Manager of Our Main office in Brunswick. He is also the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education managing and assigning students for our various physical therapy departments and joined the Coastal Orthopedics Team in 2007.
