Appointments may be scheduled or changed by calling (207) 442-0350 Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. One of our doctors is on call 24 hours a day. If you need immediate attention call the office during regular hours, after hours you will get the answering service.
- Your Insurance card
- Any X-rays or MRI's not done at our office
- Dress for your appointment
- Shorts for a knee or hip problem
- Tanktop or Sports bra for shoulder problem
- Copies of reports of surgeries or doctors notes, relating to your problem or injury from other physicians or hospitals
- Please show up 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appoinment to ensure that all of your paperwork is filled out correctly, and for you to get any x-rays prior to your visit with the doctor.
